Chun Ng is a Chartered Accountant based in Sydney, who now works for the accounting body itself as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Chun has more than 20 years' broad commercial experience partnering with senior leaders in large complex organisations to deliver their goals through strategic, operational and change leadership.

He has worked in leading global organisations across the technology, medical devices, pharmaceutical and FMCG sectors, including 12 years at Cochlear – a Top 50 ASX listed company – where he gained broad experience in operations and supply chain, IT, PMO and product innovation, including four years as Finance Director in the Sweden division during the GFC.

Tracy Nicholl

Coles, Graduate Attraction & Recruitment Manager

Tracy has worked for over 3 years as the Graduate Attraction and Recruitment Manager for Coles Group. Working within the wider Coles business for nearly 9 years she has gained a better understanding of what is required from each of the different functions of their graduates. She has experience in a range of areas, including attracting, assessing, recruiting and inducting up to 200 graduates a year.

She has also assisted with the program management side with cross functional moves, performance management and training and development of the graduates. She is very passionate and committed in finding the right graduates that will help Coles succeed in its second century, and help deliver on their purpose to ‘Sustainably feed all Australians to help them lead heathier, happier lives’ by embracing innovation, efficiency and pace of change while maintaining the customer focus that is central to Coles.
