Sometimes I feel the company is a bit performative with diversity e.g. rainbow banners in email signatures or pronouns, rather than actually hiring LGBTQI+ team members and progressing them (at least in my experience). I also think team members should be offered an alternative public holiday to Jan 26th.

Maternity leave is very low at 12 weeks compared to other companies in the same sector. This is disappointing seeing as allied health is a female dominated industry.
