All Alcoa’s graduate positions are permanent and commence with a three-year rotational program, designed to provide you a broad foundation of our WA Mining Operations as well as allowing you to tailor your career path towards your interests and individual goals.
Throughout the program, you will be provided with coaching, mentoring, hands-on and professional training to accelerate your development and maximise your full potential. The best part is that you’ll get to experience working in an on-site environment whilst working locally at either of our mines, enjoying a lifestyle where you can be home each and every night!
You will be exposed to numerous networking opportunities and be provided with an increasing level of responsibility where you will use your innovative thinking, motivation to learn and passion for growth to make an impact for our business. You will join an open-minded workplace where your ideas will be valued whilst developing professionally in a supportive environment that will encourage you to think outside the box.
