About the Graduate Program

Are you a highly motivated graduate currently studying Commerce/Business, Economics or Sales and Marketing? Ampol is inviting two graduates to be part of their excellent 2-year program within their Business-to-Business division. As a B2B Graduate, you’ll have the unique opportunity to discover and deliver the best solutions for your customer's businesses.

You’ll be part of a dynamic sales team that operates in an agile environment, gaining first-hand experience in how an ASX-listed business promotes its profit centre.

Hired on a permanent full-time basis, you’ll complete 6-month rotations across the respective business units where you will learn and develop under the guidance of Leaders and teams. Their Leaders bring strong technical expertise, cross-functional experience, and a commercial focus that propels their business forward and they are dedicated to passing on their knowledge to the next generation, which could be you!

About you

To be successful in this role, you should be entering your final year of study in 2024 or completed your undergraduate within the last two years and will be available to commence full-time employment in February 2025. Ampol seeks individuals who showcase outstanding customer service, and communication skills and enjoy working in a team environment.

The B2B Graduate will be a well-rounded individual who is confident in using Microsoft Office suite programs and has good financial acumen.

You will have excellent academic results, be curious to learn and be eager to develop your professional career.

Varies, depends on the rotation and the outputs that are required

In my current department, each day is different as the nature of the work and department is extremely dynamic and inconsistent. In other departments the pace of work has been slower and more consistent. The challenge in my role has been adjusting to the pace of each department.

    • The lack of training provided for Graduates.
