Your role

Be part of Ampol's excellent 2-year program within the Commercial Fuels and Energy business unit. As a Supply and Optimisation Graduate, you’ll have the unique opportunity to dive into a breadth of experience across logistics, supply chain, and fuel security.

You’ll join a dynamic team and have the chance to develop within the supply and commercial domain of an ASX-listed company. There is also potential in this role for getting your foot in the door to becoming a trader.

About you

To be successful, you will be entering your final year of study in 2024 or completed your undergraduate within the last two years and will be available to commence full-time employment in February 2025. Ampol seeks individuals who showcase strong financial acumen, and excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a team environment.

Training, development & rotations

Hired on a permanent full-time basis, you’ll complete 6-month rotations across the respective business units where you will learn and develop under the guidance of the Leaders and teams. Ampol Leaders bring strong technical expertise, cross-functional experience, and a commercial focus that propels their business forward and they are dedicated to passing on their knowledge to the next generation, which could be you.

In my current department, each day is different as the nature of the work and department is extremely dynamic and inconsistent. In other departments the pace of work has been slower and more consistent. The challenge in my role has been adjusting to the pace of each department.
