Recruitment Process

Graduates should expect up to 5 stages in the hiring process. The candidates will undergo a screening round with one of our recruiters. Post that, two to three rounds of technical interviews will be conducted with our dedicated panel members. Lastly, the shortlisted candidate will have a HR round regarding remuneration and other job specific details.

Remuneration & Career Growth

Areteans offers the fresh graduates a gross salary of AUD 55,000 which includes many other perks.

Candidate are offered extensive training required to be project ready. The expenses incurred during taking up certification programs for candidates will be reimbursed. Our flexible leave policy helps in encasing up to ten leaves accumulated over the year. Based on project requirements, selected candidate would be given the opportunity to travel onsite.
