Competitive salary.

While it's less than I've been paid elsewhere in different roles, it's a very generous salary given the role, and there are good future opportunities for raises.

Not sure how bonuses work but they pay is very good. They seem to pay above market rate, especially for a firm of their size.

Pay is generous.

Well above market (including top tier firms) at junior pay. Considering the hours worked are lower than average too, this appears to be the best of both worlds, as long as you can disregard the lack of "perceived prestige" compared to the Big 6 firms.

The firm treats its Graduates well in this respect. Its remuneration package is excellent compared to what you will get from the same role in other larger firms.

Taxis if working after 8pm, dinner if working after 7pm (UberEats charged to your firm credit card), solid technology (brand new Dell Latitude convertible laptops with touchscreens, iPhone X is an old model but much better than colleagues at some other firms), option to port your personal number over to the work plan (wouldn't recommend for the sake of your sanity, not many take this option up), solid coffee machines in the office.
