Through their interconnected programs and pathways, they walk with students from high school through to university and the workplace, redefining Indigenous educational and employment success.

Your role

This role is accountable to the Pathways Leader with the purpose of providing managerial support and guidance to the Pathways Facilitator and is responsible for enduring the delivery, development, and successful outcomes of the Pathways Programs team.

The focus will be on scholarships, study tours, portals, and partner organizations.

About you

Qualifications:

  • Identify as an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person and/or demonstrate an understanding of Indigenous lived experiences, cultures and organisations.
  • Experience in program and operations management, including managing budgets and staff.
  • Organisational and logistical skills, including event and activity planning and execution.
  • Facilitation and engagement skills, particularly with young people.
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Familiar with IT and CRM systems (MS 365, SharePoint and Dynamics preferred).
  • Willingness to obtain a Working with Children Check.
  • Satisfactory national police check.
