The ABS has diversity networks for a range of minority groups. I am also LGBT and have never felt judged or in any way negatively impacted by it. I've seen several people in my section go on maternity leave with no issues and part time/flexible work is easily available for those with caring responsibilities

86% male, 14% female split in my section when I arrived. Maternity leave is well managed, flexible working availability, diversity networks to support ethnic minorities/LGBT/neurodiverse, more could be done.
