A Second in Charge is one of the most important players in our team. They drive compliance and support the Centre Leader in enacting their vision for the service. The Centre Leader and educators lean on this person for support and guidance.

We provide our Second in Charge many opportunities to grow and develop in their Leadership with the hope that one day they will be the Centre Leader at our service. This person will receive constant mentoring and support from the Centre Leader and from the organisation community through weekly meet up's with other Second in Charges across the organisation.
