Recruitment Process

We're constantly on the lookout for a diverse mix of expertise – from nurses and carers in our aged care homes, to telehealth dieticians, customer service teams and tech gurus and innovative thinkers in our health insurance business. Extending to the full range of professional roles in Bupa Dental, Bupa Optical & Hearing and Bupa Medical Visa services.

Our recruitment process varies depending on which type of role you're applying for. Our goal is always to learn more about you and give you the chance to learn more about us. We want to make sure it's a good fit for everyone.

Once you've found the right role to apply for, the recruitment process will look like this:

  1. We'll be in touch

    We'll let you know via email once we've got your application. We'll review it as quickly as possible but if there's a deadline mentioned when you apply, it'll usually be after that time. If your skills look like they might be a good fit for Bupa, we'll give you a call to learn more about each other.
     
  2. Getting to know each other

    Next step is a face-to-face interview. It's our chance to get a better understanding of each other, and to give you an opportunity to learn more about the role and life at Bupa.

    As part of the selection process for all roles, Bupa carries out a Police/Criminal Check. We'll also check in with your references before making you an offer.
     
  3. Becoming part of the team

    Once you receive your offer and sign your contract, we'll make sure you have the tools and information you need to get up to speed as quickly as possible. Before your first day, we'll ask you to complete a few tasks to make sure you're paid on time and ready to hit the ground running.
