Your Role

Financial Reporting

  • Support the Financial Reporting team in the preparation and review of quarterly and year-end financial statements 
  • Assist the team in the management of the external audits 
  • Support the financial statement publication process 
  • Engage with stakeholders throughout the financial statement process 
  • Research accounting questions under U.S. GAAP and IFRS 

Strategic Finance

  • Project work including building reports ation fil
  • using Tableau and creating analytical datasets using Alteryx 
  • Perform expense analytics, create visuals in reporting tools, and identify KPIs to enhance business analysis 
  • Explain monthly variances and work closely with front office, Technology, and Accounting teams 
  • Analyze expenses by processing monthly infrastructure invoices 
  • Update and maintain key process document
  • es utilized by the rest of the team 
  • Assist with ad hoc requests such as gathering historical data in response to management requests and investigating trends 

Corporate Accounting

  • Perform audits of Travel and Expense reports through Concur in accordance with Citadel’s Expense Reimbursement policy 
  • Support the accounting team on various cash receipt and disbursement related tasks 
  • Assist the team with the close process and various monthly journal entries 

Fund & Broker-Dealer Accounting

  • Assist with regulatory reporting for broker-dealer entities 
  • Assist with monthly closes and periodic financial reporting  
  • Assist with counterparty compliance monitoring and reporting 
  • Drive process improvements, among other projects  
  • Assist with overseeing the accounting books and records 
  • Oversee the calculation of fund and investor level NAVs and returns

Compensation & Benefits

The estimated salary range for this role at Citadel Securities is between $65,000 to $107,000 per year. Aside from that, the company also offers benefits.
