I was responsible for coordinating a project to gather regional market access business intelligence into a central database. His was my first opportunity to lead a project and required frequent communication with market access leaders across north america, apace and latin america. By other main project was to write a value rosier to persuasively capture the clinical evidence for trochlear plants for a target population in europe. Of approved, this document would enable thousands of people to get cheaper access to their best treatment option. Finally, i conducted an analysis of survey data to understand how field staff interact with clinicians, visualized the data, and presented the results to the global clinical marketing team

At Cochlear we are passionate about hearing. Our mission is to help people hear and be heard.
The people and culture are very nice. Good work-life balance.
Very flexible working arrangement. The leadership actively communicates the company's vision with everyone.
Everyone is extremely supportive and helpful. They care about your career and try to provide many opportunities and prospects.
We have access to a wide range of interesting projects and are constantly challenged with new problems.
I have an exceptionally high proportion of projects I really enjoy.
There is a lack of work especially for grads, and unrealistic utilisation expectations.
Too much bureaucracy. Not enough promotions & raises
Not all the teams have the same level of leadership. This leads to varying levels of being overworked or under-managed.
Progressing slowly. There are not many opportunities for rotations in different teams.
Pay is below my experience level.
