What does success look like?
We are looking for motivated graduates who:

- Have a strong customer focus and customer centric approach to work outcomes.
- Is a team player.
To be eligible, you will need to:
- Have completed your degree or graduating in mid-2022 with a degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics or similar.
- Have exposure to a at least one programming language such as Java, JavaScript, React, C++, C#, SQL, Python etc.
- Be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or an Australian Permanent Resident.
- Have less than 2 years of related work experience.

Lots of resources to learn and skill up.
The culture and team environment.
The group of Graduates that I was hired along with, all from different pathways, but all very likeminded.
Work location flexibilities within Australia.
Lots of collaboration and cooperation between teams in different service lines and industries.
Cons
Tech issues and having them fixed, including firewalls and having access rejected to sites or programs.
Uncertainty in project assignment.
After training, there are times you are not sure what you will be doing in the long term, 6-12 months down the line
Progress for onboarding client project is longer than expected
Sometimes gets shuffled around projects you may not be extremely interested or experienced in (pro of this is that you learn a lot very quickly)
