Company culture: inclusive, diverse, constant events to attend, great lunch and celebration culture. structure: usually 9-5, either you're learning (whilst not on a project) or you're on a project hierarchy: ceo's, senior magers, magers, hr, business, tech, admin, etc.

Little after hours culture, some drinks/catch up here and there.

Everyone in the workplace is friendly and always willing to chat. they host numerous events based on occasions i.e. diwali, pride month etc..

It's very easy to talk to anyone in the company. the grads keep in touch with each other outside of work and meet up after work occasiolly among the grads. the office environment is very inviting and inclusive.

Colleagues and higher leadership are very supportive. flat structure, easy to communicate with higher leadership.

Good culture, some in office presence but quite hybrid, lots of people often on client site or working from home. not a lot of work later than 6/7pm and no weekend work so far. regular events like back to base parties to encourage more people into offices.

Not much culture as most people work from home. hence, not much access and exposure to senior magers, especially as a graduate. there is also not much communication on the career progression available for graduates.

In the office, everyone is very friendly and approachable. the hierarchy is linear. everyone has good teamwork and cooperation in projects i've worked in so far. if colleagues are in the office, we usually go for lunch. every thursday, we have after office catchups.

The office is a friendly atmosphere. frequent contact with your mager is encouraged for persol development purposes. within the graduate cohort, there is an extra level of support, with monthly events for networking and catchups.

People have been great to work/interact with.

Client site - within the team it is very good, overall the team is good and work closely together toward deliverables.

The company culture is friendly and open while remaining serious and professiol. the structure is fairly standard but allows for teams to be assembled with varying experience and ideas. we are encouraged to create a good work-life balance.

Friendly enough, people who joined later tend to get along, there could be a shift in culture taking place now.

One of the best perks over here in sydney office (can't speak for other places) is the work culture and environment. hierarchy is definitely present in the workplace when discussing about work related matters, and handled appropriately. cooperation and teamwork when working on a project is highly emphasized. the team will look after you. in term of socialising amongst colleagues: great to be around with. friends.

The culture at cognizant is one of excellence. we take pride in our work and in our teams and we support each other. there is onus placed on us to perform with excellence and there is support from mentors to achieve that. senior magement often meet with juniors, both in formal meetings and in informal meetings. senior associates take time out of their day to help and support the growth of the graduates. because cognizant is such a large organisation we work with teams across multiple industries and business units.

The team that is on the project are all great people. there is very little explicate hierarchy in day to day work. all of the project streams cooperate on a daily basis.

The culture in the office is friendly and comfortable, everybody just focus on what they are doing.

There is a very friendly culture, people are always willing to help. the culture is a work hard, play hard style.
