Hard to promote higher if you are not on a client project for long.

Bonuses are more regular and hence smaller but since we are paid on a monthly basis it's more welcome.

I'm not concerned too much about pay at this stage in my career. the persol and professiol growth opportunities in the job are too exciting to pass up for any reason. having said that - i am more than satisfied with my pay.
