In general, managers are really good and offer good support and mentoring. Have had a couple of great managers who have praised and encouraged me but also challenged me, which had been great for my development.

Managers all have different styles but as a whole they are very supportive and understanding. Sometimes they are difficult to get a hold of as they can be very busy.
