Wake up, take a shower, make a cup of tea, grab my packed lunch, get dressed, and head out the door.

8.00 AM

Arrive onsite at CSL Parkville and say hello to my colleagues. I’ll also check my emails, reply to any messages from colleagues on Microsoft teams, and start making my objectives for the day.

Office

10.00 AM

We have a team meeting where we are notified of any updates as well as discuss what we are all doing for the day.

10.30 AM

Perform a visual inspection of products.

12.00 PM

Lunchtime. I’ll heat up my lunch and eat with my coworkers, join an online trivia with some teams onsite, or go for a walk.

1.00 PM

Review documentation from manufacturing facilities as well as provide feedback to operations.

Office

2.30 PM

Snack break- I’ll make a cup of tea and have a snack or piece of fruit.

3.00 PM

Complete some training on our online training platform (Plateau)

4.00 PM

Head home.

4.30 PM

Go for a long walk and aim to achieve 10,000 steps.

5.30 PM

Make dinner and pack leftovers for tomorrow’s lunch.

6.30 PM

Take a shower

7.00 PM

Meet up with some friends.

10.00 PM

Perform my skincare routine and go to bed.
