The interview process was good. Only feedback was that it took over 3 months to get back to me after I had completed the Psychometric test.

Just be yourself - those who were authentic and were clear about their distinct features that differentiated them from others, they mentioned them. Interviewers are very high on experience and can understand when someone is being themselves or when someone is trying to be someone who they are not.

The best way to prepare would be to ensure that your CV and cover letter are prepped for when the applications open and also to research more about the company and specifically the area. I would suggest practising responding to interviewing question (with family and friends).
