What will your role be?

The Supply Network Coordinator is a key coordinator in our Planning Team. Reporting to the Supply Planning Manager, the Planning Coordinator coordinates import supply and focuses heavily on investing in improvement to our supply chain processes and develops well-designed tools and processes to improve planning through automation. With the opportunity to influence and redefine our processes and tools across the end-to-end supply planning process, this role is an great opportunity for a newly graduated or soon-to-graduate student secure their first role in a global consumer goods organisation. 

What does this role look like for you?

  • Coordinate, analyse and streamline supply chain management reporting processes;
  • Coordination of stock movements across our warehousing network, focusing on high levels of customer service and cost efficiencies;
  • Investigate, analyse and understand root causes for supply planning inefficiencies and build tools to be able to address these issues;
  • Lead the process of identification and escalation regarding slow/obsolete stock levels; and
  • Support our Supply Planner in the process of product launches and runouts.

  • A highly engaged and switched-on approach and the ability to learn quickly;
  • An understanding of supply chain optimization and scenario modelling planning;
  • Well-developed communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage with a wide range of stakeholders across planning and beyond;
  • A customer-centric mindset; and
  • An ability to work within a fast-paced and sometime ambiguous environment.
