Next, we’ll jump into our huddles, which will help to motivate and encourage each other to reach our daily goals. Soon after, we’ll book our first meeting of the day and receive a personal shout out and thumbs up emoji on Slack from everybody in the team.

8.30 AM

Ordinarily, we come into the office at 8.15 am and grab ourselves a coffee or tea and get ourselves settled at our desks. At this point, we log in and check what messages we have received on Slack and get ready for the start of Power Hour. Next, we’ll jump into our huddles, which will help to motivate and encourage each other to reach our daily goals. Soon after, we’ll book our first meeting of the day and receive a personal shout out and thumbs up emoji on Slack from everybody in the team.

11.00 AM

At this point, our solid calling period (Power Hour) has finished, we have a tea break and catch some sun rays. This includes some snacks and chats with the team about the morning we had. Shortly after, we’ll head back into the office and finish off some admin, reply to emails and catch up with our mentors.

12.00 PM

Around 12.00 pm everyone heads off to lunch around the CBD area, because we have a wide range of options available to us. After that, we all meet back at the office, sit around and chill, stretch out on one of the couches, and have a bit of a relaxing time in the communal lounge.

1.15 PM

After our lunch break, we get straight back into work, full of food and energy and ready to give it our all. This period stands out, as we find prospects are more likely to pick up the phone during their lunch breaks. After a solid session of calling, we like to finish off any extra admin and work that needs to be completed.

3.00 PM

At this point, we have a tea break, stretch our legs, and have some snacks. We once again discuss the day we had and any areas we can improve with our Team Leaders. Shortly after, we’ll head back into the office and finish off some admin.

4.00 PM

Preparing for the last bit of the day, another solid calling session from 4 to 5 pm. The reason we do this is because our prospects have usually finished their meetings for the day and are more receptive to a chat and we play into that. Everyone is usually pretty excited because they are looking back to the great day they’ve had or chasing that elusive meeting that they missed in the morning power hour.
