We are recruiting Graduates from a range of STEM backgrounds including engineering, mathematics, data science, Information Technology, computer science, cyber security, Internet of Things (IoT) and software development to join us in February 2025 or July 2025.

Our Graduate Program is an incredible environment to start your career and be part of the innovation and transformation that will create the energy market of the future. Working within Australia's largest electricity network, you'll have the opportunity to make your mark in the energy industry's fast-paced transition.

The three-year program offers you a diversity of working and learning experiences to help you develop future-focused technical, business and leadership skills. As part of the program, you will develop a breadth of transferable skills by undertaking six-monthly rotations through an exciting range of business areas, roles, specialisations and locations across Queensland. You'll collaborate with experts and work on new and emerging technologies to challenge your critical thinking abilities and accelerate your learning in an environment that values new ideas and innovation.

There are five Queensland locations you can commence your graduate journey:

  • Cairns
  • Townsville
  • Rockhampton
  • Toowoomba
  • Brisbane

We value people who work safely, think creatively, embrace diversity and want to engage to listen, learn and expand their knowledge.

If you are a recent graduate, or about to graduate and are motivated by the challenge of shaping Australia's energy future, we want to hear from you.
