What we offer you:
I am in a role a bit different to the role I actually want to be in, but I have time, support and training to help me move into that role eventually. My role is enjoyable and the day-to-day responsibilities are in line with what I'd expect from the role.
On client site the work is rewarding, and I have a strong sense of ownership.
Mostly working for a client to migrate the data and perform data quality checks

Technology
FDM powers the people behind tech and innovation. The self-starters, bold thinkers, and go-getters from diverse backgrounds determined to succeed.
My current managers are fantastic and are always supportive, they provide support in terms of my career growth and allow me to challenge myself.
Great environment, everyone is equal, always down for a laugh. Plenty of office events and after work drinks, a very inclusive environment
There is a very good support system, in a couple of different ways. For one, you have a cohort of people that are on the same journey while working in similar roles and similar places. They also have support staff around that are there to help for any issue.
The support and training you get from FDM
Great training program, great trainers.
Always meeting new consultants, but going to different clients, it is hard to keep relationships with consultants you meet initially.
Repetitive work
As a large multi-national there are some annoying processes in place (i.e. things like applying for leave and submitting timesheets)
I'd say salary especially as the inflation is pretty high
Throughout COVID - not having the ability to catch up with the fellow consultants and peers
