    Building your own path to success

    Our Graduate Program has a unique opportunity for Graduates to join our Portfolio & Alliances team. The role of the Portfolio Creation Centre (PCC) is to enable the Portfolio & Alliances, teams, by producing high quality, offering collateral and governance around offering development to fulfil customer's unmet needs, win business and enable Fujitsu to be a market leader in Oceania.

    In this role, you will contribute to the success of the PCC by supporting and coordinating the day to day offering development and governance activities by building strong relationships with the Portfolio Heads and extended business support teams.

    Our 7 Portfolios are: Digital Workplace, Security, Emerging Technologies, Data and Applications, Data Centres, Products and Cloud and Hybrid IT

    As part of the 12-month program starting in February 2022, you will have varied experiences across a broad field to enable you to develop:

    • An understanding of how Fujitsu operates
    • An understanding of the importance of Business Relationships (internal and external)
    • Strong communication skills (oral and written)
    • An ability to translate IT solutions and delivery into Customer Business Value
    •  Problem-solving and decision-making skills in the context of a global corporate organisation
    • Business analysis and presentation skills
    • IT best practice and understanding of leading digital technologies
    • Experience working in a multi-client organisation and IT best practices

    We're looking for individuals who have:

    • Have (in the last 2 years) or is about to complete a generalist Bachelor degree, (arts/commerce) preferred.
    • Have strong interpersonal skills including the ability to build relationships and communicate professionally at all levels.
    • Are enthusiastic and have a positive mindset
    • Are able to work in ambiguous and fluid environments
    • Are committed to working as part of a team
    • Have the ability to manage time and meet deadlines
    • Have excellent documentation skills including process mapping, status reporting, business analysis and presentation skills
    • Are self-directed and proactive in self-motivated learning
    • Please note candidates must have permanent Australian residency or Australian citizenship at the time of application
