What Does a Claims Consultant Do?

As a Claims Consultant, you will:

• Claims Evaluation: Assess and process insurance claims submitted by clients.

• Problem Resolution: Address and resolve disputes and issues related to claims effectively.

• Communicate with clients to collect necessary information and documentation.
• Analyse claim details and decide on the appropriate course of action.
• Negotiate with service providers and stakeholders to facilitate claim resolutions.
• Maintain precise records of claims and client interactions.
