Beautiful offices in the heart of Barangaroo with 360 degree views of the harbour, it's hard to beat. There are end-of-trip facilities, in-house dry cleaning and cafe (with free daily coffees). Our setup is high tech, every meeting room is a VC room and the firm has a huge innovation focus. We're constantly trialling new technologies to find better ways to do things (e.g. automate regular tasks with AI, make use of GenAI etc.). The dress code is very relaxed smart casual, I hardly ever wear a suit. The rule is to dress for the occasion, if you have client calls then you need to dress to their expectations and likewise if you're going to Court.

Offices are very nice, dress code is casual dress for your day

Our offices I would rate as elite. The office finish is very good and the amenities are great. We are in the center of the city and so have lots of great food and activities close by. It would be nice to be in a building with more amenities (ie. gym / pool). Or at the very least, have the company subsidize gym memberships like many other firms do. We have a dress for your day policy - sort of. Most people tend to dress in business formal Monday - Thursday and smart-casual on Friday. It is rare to see a tie.

Great facilities and location

I enjoy the office space and the facilities offered at work. I do wish there were more meeting/private work spaces however.

The offices are located in Tower 2 Barangaroo. I'm happy with the offices and location. Dress code is quite casual.

The offices are beautiful and very clean, the only downside is being out of the CBD, but this is changing very soon!

Great environment: we have plants, modern spaces and the dress code is dress for your day. Our technology is good too.

No gym or exercise facilities to promote a healthy lifestyle.

The Sydney office has an open plan pod layout which gives enough privacy with assigned desks that are well spaced out, but also creates a sense of community as you sit with your ‘pod’ of ~6-10 lawyers.
On wardrobe - G+T has a more relaxed, “dress for your day” approach. To illustrate, I rarely ever need to put on a blazer!

The offices are light and spacious. The dress code is quite casual, but depends on whether you have client meetings or not.

Office space is very nice. Open plan but we all get our own desks. Building facilities are also great.
No formal dress code - it is dress for your day.

It's a bit out of the way for litigation. facilities are great. Dress code is informal, dress for your day
Graduate, Sydney - 28 Aug 2024
Very well thought, pleasant, designed to make communication easy and make everyone approachable. There are no individual offices and working arrangement is same for everyone.
Dress code is also very flexible. You have the freedom to wear your desired outfit and be yourself.

Dress for your day policy, end of trip facilities, central location
Graduate, Melbourne - 09 Nov 2023
The company's offices are in a nice part of the city on the water, near parks and restaurants and away from the busier part of the CBD. The dress code is team dependent but generally very relaxed.
Graduate, Sydney - 06 Nov 2023
The office space is open plan and offers excellent facilities, including end of day facilities and dry cleaning service among others. The firm adopts a dress for your day policy, therefore allowing employees to dress casually unless formal attire is required for a client meeting or appearance at a court.

Office is very modern and functional, good facilities although end of trip facilities are quite far away. Dress code is "dress for your day" - business casual, sometimes leaning towards casual, which is great.
Graduate, Sydney - 30 Oct 2023
The space is very nice and clean with high end facilities. Barangaroo is a bit annoying to get to when coming from the east but it is nice to be by the water. The dress code is smart casual - we can wear sneakers into the office.
Junior Lawyer, Sydney - 26 Oct 2023
Located in Barangaroo, which is extremely convenient in terms of transport (bus or train to Wynyard station). The views of the harbour are stunning and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby for lunch/dinner. Dress code is smart casual, everyone is welcome to dress how they feel comfortable.
