About the Role

As a Graduate Human Resources professional, you will be a valued member of the team, contributing to our organisational success and providing quality service to our employees and contractors.

Under the guidance of an experienced team, you will be exposed to a variety of roles contained within the Human Resources function of our business across sites and assist with a variety of HR services. This provides our graduates with the opportunity to develop a broad understanding of the strategic nature of Human Resources. Responsibilities will include recruitment, job advertisements and candidate selection, maintenance of personnel records, responding to real-world employee enquiries and concerns, developing site-wide policies and procedures, staff training and learning and development. You will be placed on a rotational program to experience multiple sites, fast tracking your knowledge of our business and the industry. We value development of our talent and give you access to a formal ‘Professional Development Program’ designed to accelerate your leadership potential.

Residential Hunter Valley, NSW.   From wine tasting in Australia’s oldest wine region to bushwalking in World Heritage wilderness, the Hunter is an appealing region for many. Residential Mudgee, NSW.   Mudgee residents enjoy access to many lifestyle attractions and relish in the four distinct seasons. Residential Mackay region, QLD. One of Australia’s fastest-growing regions that offers affordable “big city standard” services and housing in a relaxed and idyllic destination. The area offers a central location with ease of access by air, road and rail. With close proximity to the fifth busiest airport in Queensland, Mackay is serviced by more than 110 flights weekly, with more than 70 of those providing the 1.5-hour flight between Brisbane and Mackay. Residential   Emerald region, QLD. A number of our sites are located in the Central Highlands region of Central Queensland, Australia. The region encompasses an area of around 60 000 square kilometres, making it just short of the size of Tasmania. Not only is the region home to a globally competitive coal mining industry, it also has a robust and resilient agriculture and horticultural industries. Residents have access to major health and education services. There’s access to many natural attractions including camping, fishing and other water recreational activities. For access to the beach and bigger shops, it’s approximately three-hours’ drive to the coast and there are many air services to Brisbane.
