The Harvey Norman Graduate Opportunity is designed to take Today’s Graduates and develop them into Tomorrow’s Leaders through a structured 12-18 month journey commencing in either August 2022 or February 2023.
You will be teamed up with the best people as you learn the many facets of running a successful retail business where no two days are the same – including helping customers with purchasing decisions, arranging local adverts, influencing product merchandising, reviewing sales budgets and KPI’s, maintaining effective supplier relationships, and leading and managing junior team members.

Sales customer service manager when there isn't one
Managing the electrical department and overlooking the back end part.
Each day is different from the other you don't know what will walk through the door. Few responsibilities that are constantly there are merchandising, ticketing, dealing with customer service and most importantly selling. Other than that I am still learning the back end credit claims, book outs and rosters.
