Location: Sydney + Melbourne

As ​​part of Technology & Operations, we deliver key strategic programs (partnering, property, procurement) an​​​​d build capability to enable us to continue to deliver our best to our customers and drive sustainable value for IAG. Strategic Planning & Partnering deliver enhanced customer experiences through leveraging global partnership skillsets & uplift productivity through the implementation programs, applications of process improvement, knowledge management and Robotics.

What degrees / disciplines are we seeking?

Commerce, Finance, Law, Research + Data

We will be looking for candidates who have demonstrated their abilities in problem solving, critical thinking and effective communications to rotate across the teams below.

Procurement

Drive value across IAG's 3rd party expenditure, support the business in making great buying decisions and uplift supplier risk management maturity

Property

Drive value across the real estate portfolio whilst supporting IAG's climate change commitments and provide a safe working environment for our people

Operational Partnering

Leverage global Partner skillsets, realise Partnering benefits and uplift Partnering capability across IAG to enhance customer experiences, business optimisation and operational agility

Partnering, Risk & Resilience

Deploys leading technology and processes to simplify operations and establish IAG as an industry leader in technology risk management, resiliency, and internal identity management. Creates incremental value through IAG's partner network and commercial discipline.

Strategic Planning & Prioritisation

Responsible for alignment of IAG's strategic investment portfolio, divisional demand, execution capacity and operational workforce planning. Accountable for program governance, x-program sequencing, and integration.

Business Partnering

Elevate partnering maturity to drive value with proactive, strategic financial support and guidance to key IAG stakeholders
