THE ROLE

We run a rotational program where you’ll be exposed to:

  • Foundational HR – payroll, people operations, people assistance/advice.
  • Growing HR – HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition.
  • Specialist HR – Safety & Wellbeing, Employee Relations, Remuneration & Benefits.

Our plan is to continue to invest in our people and systems and drive a culture that capitalises on diversity and creativity.As a Human Resources Graduate in our PP&R division, you’ll have exposure to a varied range of HR and People-related activities. Key responsibilities could include:

  • Supporting our People Operations and People Connect teams with the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including contracts, onboarding/offboarding and employee enquiries
  • Supporting stakeholders with managing people and performance-related matters
  • Assisting with renumeration benchmarking and review

REQUIREMENTS 

  • A university degree or higher (from 2022-2024) or be in your penultimate year of university with graduation expected by the end of 2024 – Human Resources Management, Business or related academic background
  • An average credit achievement (65%+), and
  • Are an Australian/New Zealand citizen or Australian permanent resident.
