We do alright. Could be more vocal and transparent about these metrics.

We have our reconciliation action plan that is extensive and gives employees the opportunities to be a part of conversations as well as commissioned art pieces by indigenous artists within our community that we can be involved with. 40/40/20 initiative trying to bring up our percentages of female and non-binary employees and especially providing more opportunities for females in leadership roles.

I am trying to develop this personally, however we have launched programs to reduce plastics use, use our engineering capability to explore better energy resources, are beginning to work better with Indigenous communities. Still have along way to go though.

There were several fundraising that Jacob was involved with for years. Personally I haven't involved in these works

We work on many environmental projects, and our enviro team does this to make sure compliance with certain disciplines is met for the project

Jacobs do the bare minimum.

as far as CSR is concerned I am yet to take part in any.
