I'ts fine. Could be higher just generally due to the cost of living and inflation at the moment. My wage has not increased in line with inflation and this is distressing.

Am going through my first remuneration review now. Seems in line with the industry. Not particularly thrilled with the level of pay, but not disappointed either. Feel that with a master's degree, I should have been paid more to begin with.
Graduate, Melbourne - 08 Nov 2023
Pay has increased quicker than I expected. I have been with the company for 9 months so far and my salary is 10% higher than when I started. I have also received a small bonus.
Graduate, Adelaide - 06 Nov 2023
As I'm new (less than 4 months) I haven't experienced either yet
Graduate, Perth - 05 Nov 2023
Pay is on the lower end of the industry, especially with inflation and cost of living. After 2 years of working my pay has been inflated to the same as the entry-level position. Effectively only adjusted to inflation with no payrise in 2 years.
Graduate - 05 Nov 2023
Pay increases for good work. Bonuses are given for good work as well.
Midlevel, Perth - 05 Nov 2023
I have recently had a pay raise which was to meet inflation and competitive industry standards which was great. I think it was a little slow to come but happy that it happened! I haven't been around long enough to understand bonuses but I think it is important to show that an employee's work is valued with a bonus

Salaries and pay at Jacobs are in line with the national average for my discipline at least. However, when you join the team at Jacobs you are joining for more than just the pay, the work culture and environment easily make up for the small pay difference.
Graduate, Brisbane - 05 Nov 2023
Pay is reasonable and appropriate for the experience level, but is not excellent.
Graduate, Cairns - 05 Nov 2023
Earn less than I did 14 years ago, although in another industry and without a degree. Company does not pay bonuses or overtime.
Graduate, Melbourne - 04 Mar 2018
Pretty generous for Graduate, and most importantly the company is providing great chances for development.
Graduate, Melbourne - 01 Mar 2018
the responsibility and amount of work is not reflected in the pay
Graduate, Melbourne - 01 Mar 2018
No bonuses to junior staff. Pay reviews are available.
Graduate, Melbourne - 01 Mar 2018
No bonuses, low pay
Graduate, Melbourne - 28 Feb 2018
Pay is reasonable, nothing to complain about.
Graduate, Melbourne - 28 Feb 2018
Can be higher starting salary for grads. However, they have yearly performance review with considerable raise
Graduate, Melbourne - 28 Feb 2018
have received many pay increases of the past two years, but I have felt like with current responsibilities and technical ability, I was misaligned with my original pay grade, and I have been trying to chase to be what I really should be paid in line with industry for the same role
Midlevel, Melbourne - 28 Feb 2018
average compared to the market, consider bonuses for employees with extraordinary performances.
Graduate, Melbourne - 28 Feb 2018
Pay is basically the minimum for graduate consulting engineers. Pay is too low, does not come anywhere near graduate salaries in government/utility jobs. And they also have extra perks such as rostered days off and work significantly less hours than us. Lol, what BONUS??!!! Why even mention bonuses on a graduate survey, that just makes me more annoyed!
Graduate, Melbourne - 28 Feb 2018
a bit old fashioned, no bonus scheme
