Flat out all day every day and love it! Thrown in the deep and learned so much so quickly. It helps when you have the team to support you with a wealth of knowledge and experience to question and learn from. Resilience is one of the most important skills you need to learn in construction and I have built a lot here. Basililly working as a Site Engineer from day 1 in earthworks and pavements. I am a grad civil engineering currently working on NRT project. I have worked in HV team for a year and 6 weeks in IMO team. It was a great experience in HV team, as I was able to gain great exposure on construction, given that enough flexibility to learn new things, I felt self-motivated to be able to make a contribution to the team and company. IMO is also a great experience to learn about the system aspect of the Metro train, but personally, it was not the best fit for a civil Engineer especially joining at the end of the project life.
