What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?

I'm not aware of any bonus schemes, however pay level is pretty good compared with other Adelaide firms as far as I am aware.

The pay is definitely higher than other firms. I don't know much about bonuses yet as I don't have KPIs or a performance review until I become admitted.

The pay I think is quite comparable to other similar companies. It is quite good when you work your set 40 hours per week.

Company Ubers after a certain time, good firm events quarterly

Ubers home from the office if you work past 8pm in the summer months or 7pm in the winter months. Free social committee events such as bowling, Comedy Festival, Fun Runs etc.
