It’s an exciting time to join our organisation and we’re searching for our next generation of influential and inspiring leaders to develop with us!

Graduate disciplines: 

• Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics), 
• ICT
• Finance
• Business/Commerce 
• H&S / Human Resources
• Environmental Science/Sustainability
• Govt relations/ Law

Our innovative graduate programme offers:

• An exciting and comprehensive 2-year rotational programme which will see you pushed out of your comfort zone and growing toward your full potential

About You

• Have recently graduated (within the last two years) or be graduating before Feb 2025
• Diploma or Degree in any of the above-mentioned disciplines
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships
• A curious, proactive, and innovative mindset
• Must be a New Zealand/ Australian Citizen or Resident
