Please describe the interview process and assessments.

I applied for the job and provided my cover letter and CV. Someone reached out to ask for an interview and set up a time. I was interviewed with two people present, via zoom. Prior to the interview, I was provided with clinical questions i'd be asked which gave me time to consider my answers and prepare. Shortly after I was contacted to let me know the result of the email.

What questions were you asked in your interviews?

From memory, I was asked general questions about why I wanted to work at learning links, questions about my university experience, and how I would deal with conflict. Then I was asked the clinical questions I had previously been provided (e.g., what would you do if you were at full capacity but the principal wanted you to see more students?).

Do you have any specific tips and advice for candidates applying to your company? How would you recommend they best prepare?

I recommend being familiar with the company and their values. Consider why you are a good fit for the job and be confident in your answers. Make sure you read up on the interview questions they provide.
