What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?

Although the pay is slightly lower than what other companies offer, I feel I am very well supported and provided with so much support and PD that isn't offered elsewhere. I am also fortunate enough to get help to pay off extra courses that I am interested in to further my knowledge.
