Welcome to L’Oreal’s Brandstorm Virtual Experience.
This virtual experience is based on L’Oreal’s Brandstorm, an innovation competition that has attracted over 200,000 ambitious graduates worldwide since its creation.
The aim of Brandstorm, and this virtual experience, is to give you real-life hands-on professional experience and reveal the skills L’Oreal is looking for, such as entrepreneurship and innovation, tenacity and audacity, and the ability to take risks.
This Virtual Experience Program is self-paced and should take only 1 to 2 hours to complete.
This Virtual Experience Program is free for all students.
When you complete the Virtual Experience Program, you’ll earn a digital badge and certificate you can share on Linkedin and include on your resume.
Throughout the program, you’ll learn and develop deep insights into what it is actually like to work as a brandstorm at L’Oreal. Apply your knowledge to a real-world problem & gain practical experience and knowledge to draw upon in interviews.

L’Oréal is the world's largest cosmetics company, leading in beauty and pioneering in the world of beauty and tech, present in 150 countries.
L'Oréal has a positive workplace culture with emphasis on friendliness, support and not taking things too seriously!
Great culture and team environment. Lively and fast-paced working environment.
The people you work with are always supportive and encouraging.
The company nurtures talent, often looking to promote from within.
The amazing brands you get to work with.
Fast pace (but also a great thing!)
Occasionally too few staff for a team, leading to overwork.
The Big-Corp nature of the group makes it difficult to innovate.
Work/life balance from time to time (but expected), team culture differs between teams (some extremely lovely and some inconsistent).
Some lack of clear process involved with getting work/tasks complete.
