Diversity is an area of focus at Monadelphous. Indigenous and women diversity is a strong focus. There is a women in the workplace group and an indigenous division incorporated.

There is no issues with diversity or anything. I think anyway. The operations manager for Victoria is a women. But there are less women in engineering/ construction.

They are accommodating, parental leave could be increased to meet standards for larger mining companies, currently they only offer the government standard of 2 weeks, whereas others are offering 13+ weeks for both mother and father at full pay.
