People & Culture team supports NAB by developing and managing our people activities and services, helping to shape a workplace and culture which inspires our colleagues to be the best they can be. We are enablers to NAB’s strategic ambition and custodians of our colleague experience. We focus on making our HR services simple, safe and fast for our colleagues to serve customers well. We do a number of different rotations within Business Banking. At the moment I am supporting the Relationship Associates
My role is to run Early Careers programs and acquire Talent for the bank. I also attend external careers expo's and help to deliver graduate training and development programs.

Cons
Sometimes we have to navigate lots of old tech and systems.
Because it’s such a large organization, it can be tricky to know the ins and outs of what each function does, but that comes with time, experience and exposure.
Sometimes have to work long hours.
There were lots of stages of the interview process
We don’t get any bonuses. Apparently they used to but they stopped a few years back.
