Our graduate program integrates on-the-job experience, coaching, workshops and continual feedback to support the 70:20:10 approach: a framework which captures the three kinds of learning - experiential, social and formal.  

About you

A passionate to grow further within the IT Space. Motivated and engaged with excellent communication, along with a commitment to delivering exceptional internal and external customer service, are essential, as are problem solving skills and the ability to work well within a team

Essential requirements

• By January 2023, you will have recently completed (within the last 2 years) an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, Software Engineering or another technology related discipline.
• You are a Permanent Resident or Australian citizen at the time of submitting your application.
• You can commence full time work for a period of 18 months from the program start date which is early February.
