Flexible working arrangements allow for 3 days on client site, 2 days at Nova office or at home. Depending on client, flexibility for working remotely is also good.

I work on average about 40 hours a week. My company is incredibly flexible with how I work. I don't have any feeling that I'm late for work and can feel comfortable leaving early if I have something on after work I need to get to.

My office hours are split between sites. Hours in the office can fluctuate depending on roll. The company is quite flexible in terms of hours pending on the roll requirements, however, promotes and supports the flexibility where possible. Most of my Hours are on site and sometimes lacks the versatility in working location in the current roll.

Here and there, the work office is a great place to relax a bit and get about work. Have a few good chats and free coffee. The project office is a bit less so, so evenly splitting myself between the two is ok, I'd prefer the work office.

Very flexible. Flexible start/finish times and hours per day, as long as you get your work done for the week. Hours are generally dependent on client expectations (if dealing with a client).

Nova Systems has implemented a flexible working arrangement to ensure people can build and maintain a work/life balance. While the client's needs still need to be adhered to, Nova will support wherever possible a mix up WFH and in o_ce/on site time. I personally work for a VIC/CBR client while based in QLD, so it's up to me to decide when I want to go to the QLD o_ce versus WFH.
