There are many learning opportunities here. The organisation has learning modules and workshops which can help upskill. In the graduate programme, we've had workshops and online sessions to develop our skills too.

Lots of opportunities for training and development and we are actively encouraged to take these up. I have completed Te Reo courses, design thinking workshops, and courses on giving and receiving feedback.

We have access to LinkedIn Learning for formal training. I have learnt a lot from watching the way others work and getting involved in presentations/meetings. We also do professional development courses through Talent Solutions with our grad cohort
