Relatively flexible in that you can WFH or office, and allowances are made for when you have important occasions / events. However, generally, this is not a 9-5pm job and to expect otherwise or plan regular non-work occasions on a week night at e.g., 7pm, isn't necessarily recommended.

Hours can be long but that is to be expected and work is rewarding. There is also substantial flexibility and compensation for long hours worked. Additionally, no face time culture so can log-off early in quiet periods
