• Start your trading journey. Learn how to become a trader as we teach you the theory and guide you on how to put it into practice by building trading strategies for deployment on a virtual market.
• Spend time with Optiver traders on the trading floor to gain unique insights into our world-class trading systems and understand how we remain at the forefront of financial markets globally.

Note: The program will be held in our office. If you reside outside of Sydney, Optiver will cover your travel and accommodation costs.

Trading

Our Traders make trading decisions based on market conditions and other factors. They’re driven and have a flair for analytical problem solving. 

Technology

Our Software and FPGA Engineers play a critical role in executing successful trades. Driven by the desire to find the simplest solutions to the most complex problems, they design and develop highly accurate and efficient devices that solve real business problems.

 ELIGIBILITY

• A pre-penultimate university student graduating in 2025 or 2026
• All degree backgrounds are considered
• An Australian or New Zealand Citizen, Australian Permanent resident, or individuals on an Australian student visa.
