About the Opportunity
Commencing in January 2023, our Generalist stream is a unique experience offering three 4-month rotations across various parts of our business. 

You’ll manage and contribute to significant and meaningful projects whilst expanding your skills, challenging yourself and taking momentous steps in building your career. You will be supported through a structured learning and development program, formal rotations, mentor programs, various on the job activities and more! 

As part of our Generalist stream, rotations may include areas such as: 

  • Product
  • Marketing
  • Analytics
  • Revenue Management
  • Sales & more!

What you’ll need to be successful

At RACV, we understand that everyone is unique and has a different background. To be considered for our program you will need; 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related discipline
  • Completed studies within the last 2 years
  • Strong interpersonal skills from a range of work experiences (eg; retail, hospitality, contact centre, etc)
  • Strong relationship builder and team player
  • Eagerness to learn and grow with the business
  • Previous work experience in a similar field advantageous
