About our Graduate Program

We're looking for motivated graduates with new ideas, a unique perspective, and a desire to transform every day to create a better tomorrow. Our Graduate Program includes rotational opportunities so you can build your skills, grow your network, and better understand the bigger picture here at Siemens over two (2) years.

If you have recently completed your degree in the below disciplines, we would love to hear from you. 

• Engineering (Electrical, Electronic) or similar

We have full-time permanent roles available in Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane starting in February 2026.

• An Australian or New Zealand permanent resident or citizen
• A recent graduate, completing your Bachelor's degree in Engineering in 2023, 2024, or 2025
• Not afraid of a challenge
• Adaptable and driven
• Motivated to learn and grow
