Your role

In this exciting and diverse role, you will be involved in the commercial management of a range of medical technology vendors. This opportunity may be best suited for students looking to gain practical work experience and who are willing to reduce the number of enrolled subjects for a semester or two. 

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Attend key customer procurement meetings with clinical staff and act as the point of contact for specific modalities of medical equipment.
• Assist in the end-to-end coordination, delivery, and review of key commercial documentation.
• Interrogate contract terms in order to manage issues with the medical technology vendors to achieve desired outcomes.

About you

Here's what Siemens is looking for in this role:

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You are currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree related to Business and Law.
• You have a good grasp of business etiquette and can function in a modern, professional workplace with colleagues from Siemens.
• You have an appetite to learn and a keen interest in the healthcare industry and its intersection with commercial management.
• You have a solid understanding of business English and can communicate effectively in a business meeting setting.

Your attributes and skills:

• You possess investigative and analytical skills including the ability to use databases and reporting systems and have strong MS Excel skills, and
• You have a keen eye for ensuring a high standard of written deliverables and a willingness to accept feedback from others.
