As an HR Graduate, you will be responsible for the life cycle of Siemens employees from selecting the right people for the company through managing an inclusive recruitment process to supporting the onboarding of new employees and co-ordinating development & learning programs. You will gain extensive knowledge in the utilization of Workday HR Software. You will have the opportunity to put into practice your learnings by providing HR advice and support to employees and managers on employment legislation, policies, and practices.

This is an early career opportunity; you will ideally have recently graduated from Human Resources/ Business studies and have experience of working in an HR department – this experience may have been achieved through an internship.
