Candidates who are suitable for TBH will be asked to provide their academic transcript and will be interviewed by a member of our senior management team and a potential mentor. Successful candidates will need to complete psychometric and ability assessments online, these take about an hour to complete. We will also complete reference checks for successful candidates.
